Southern Fight Promotions is proud to present TOTAL HAVOC, which has grown to become the biggest combat sports promotion to ever hit the NSW South Coast. So far our fight cards have included a host of local and  national Muay Thai & MMA fighters, 2 South Pacific titles, 2 Australian titles and a world title fight.

Established in 2009, Southern fight promotions is proud to provide the people of New South Wales with quality, professional Muay Thai & MMA shows, on a regular basis.

Our promotions are held at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, which is a brand new, high class facility, with a massive screen, and theatre type seating, we assure your view of the action will make you feel like your ringside, from any location.

We do our best to draw on the local talent from the Shoalhaven, and Wollongong areas, we then match these high quality fighters with others, from all over Australia & the world, so you will be guaranteed to have somebody to cheer for!

Southern Fitness & Martial Arts Centre

Southern Fitness & Martial Arts Centre  supply most of the local fighting talent, with many champions on the way.

They run professional Martial Arts classes every day, teaching adults the arts of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jui-Jistsu, MMA, from begginers, to A grade Fighters, providing highly qualified & experienced  instructors. they also run 14 Adult fitness kickboxing & strength & conditioning classes per week.

We also have classes for the entire family,  including 12 classes per week for children under 13.
